Vincent Baggetta

Vincent Baggetta (December 7, 1937 – May 2, 2017) was an American television actor. He is best known for his starring role as the titular character in The Eddie Capra Mysteries, which ran for 13 episodes in 1978–1979. Born in Paterson, New Jersey, Baggetta started his career with small roles in The Defenders, Naked City, and The Twilight Zone. In the 1970s, he made appearances in popular TV shows like Mannix, Cannon, Starsky & Hutch, Kojak, Switch, and Eischied. Baggetta also had recurring roles in The Rockford Files and Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. He portrayed Lou Pellegrino in the TV series Chicago Story in 1982.
