Vincent Cassel Biography
Vincent Cassel (born November 23, 1966) is a French actor. He gained recognition for his portrayal of a troubled Jewish youth in the film La Haine (1995), earning him two César Award nominations. Cassel's notable performances include his role in Gasper Noe's film Irréversible (2002) which he also co-produced, and as the criminal Jacques Mesrine in Mesrine (2008) which earned him a César Award for Best Actor. He has also appeared in English-speaking films such as Elizabeth (1998), Ocean's Twelve (2004), Eastern Promises (2007), Black Swan (2010), and Jason Bourne (2016). Cassel's television credits include the HBO series Westworld (2020).
