Vincent Pastore

Vincent Pastore, born on July 14, 1946, is an American actor known for his roles as mafiosos. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero on the HBO series The Sopranos. Pastore was born in the Bronx, New York City and raised in New Rochelle. After serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, he attended Pace University before entering the acting industry. He started his career with small parts in films like Goodfellas and Carlito's Way. Pastore's portrayal of Italian-American gangsters has become his niche, leading to numerous television and film appearances over the years.
