Vincent Rodriguez III (born August 10, 1982) is an American stage and television actor. He is known for his portrayal of Josh Chan, the male lead in The CW comedy-drama series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Rodriguez was born in San Francisco and grew up in Daly City. He is of Filipino, Latino, and Chinese descent. In 2003, he graduated from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and later moved to New York City, where he appeared in regional theatre productions. Rodriguez has also had minor roles on television shows such as The Onion News Network and Hostages. He is married to Gregory Wright and has received acclaim for his performance as a gay actor playing a straight lead character.
