Vincent Andrew Schiavelli (November 11, 1948 – December 26, 2005) was an American character actor known for his work on stage, screen, and television. He was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome during childhood. Schiavelli gained fame as a character actor, often in supporting roles. He appeared in notable films such as One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975), Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), Ghost (1990), Batman Returns (1992), Death To Smoochy (2002), The People vs. Larry Flynt (1996), Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), and Man on the Moon (1999). Schiavelli was also the subject of the biographical film Many Beautiful Things, which explores his ancestral village in Polizzi Generosa.
