Vivian Nichole Nixon is an American actress and dancer known for her roles in Grey's Anatomy and Helluva Boss. She was born on May 31, 1984, in Miami, Florida, and is the daughter of former NBA star Norm Nixon and actress Debbie Allen. Vivian's aunt is actress Phylicia Rashad, and her younger brother is basketball player Norm E. Nixon Jr. She initially pursued gymnastics but later shifted to ballet, studying at the Kirov Academy of Ballet and the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. While completing her Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance, Nixon was cast as Kalimba in the Broadway production of Hot Feet. Vivian Nixon is a talented actress and dancer with notable appearances in both television and stage productions.
