Wai Ching Ho

Wai Ching Ho is a Hong Kong actress born on 16 November 1943. She has gained recognition for her notable roles in various movies and TV shows. One of her most well-known performances is as Madame Gao in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in Daredevil (2015–2016), Iron Fist and The Defenders (both 2017). Additionally, she lent her voice to the character Grandma Wu in Pixar's Turning Red. Wai Ching Ho has also made recurring appearances in the TV series Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens. Besides her screen work, she has showcased her talent on stage, starring in Celine Song's play Endlings.
