Waleed Zuaiter Biography
Waleed F. Zuaiter is an Arab-American actor and producer known for his work in film, television, and theater. Born on January 16, 1971 in Sacramento, California, Zuaiter grew up in Kuwait before returning to the United States for his education. He earned a degree in philosophy and theater from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Zuaiter began his acting career in Washington, D.C. and later moved to New York City. He gained critical acclaim for his role in George Packer's Betrayed, portraying a former Iraqi translator for the U.S. military. Zuaiter is also a producer and co-star of the Oscar-nominated film Omar (2013).
