Walter Brooke

Walter Brooke (born Gustav William Tweer Jr., October 23, 1914 – August 20, 1986) was an American actor. His film career spanned from 1941 to 1985, and he is best known for his role as Mr. McGuire in the film The Graduate (1967), where he famously utters the line, 'Plastics.' Brooke also portrayed District Attorney Frank Scanlon in the television series The Green Hornet and had notable roles in The Waltons, Paradise Bay, One Man's Family, and The Lawyers. He appeared in three episodes of The Incredible Hulk as Mark Roberts and played naval officers in McHale's Navy. Brooke's talent and versatility made him a respected figure in the entertainment industry.
