Warren Berlinger (August 31, 1937 – December 2, 2020) was an American character actor known for his work in Broadway, movies, television, and commercials. Born in Brooklyn, New York City, to Frieda and Elias Berlinger, he came from a Jewish heritage. Berlinger's acting career began at a young age, appearing in the original Broadway production of Annie Get Your Gun in 1946. He made television appearances on shows like Howdy Doody, Kraft Television Theatre, and Johnny Staccato. Berlinger also had the opportunity to co-star with Elvis Presley. Notably, he appeared in The Wackiest Ship in the Army alongside Jack Lemmon and Rick Nelson. Throughout his career, Berlinger showcased his versatility and talent in various mediums.
