Warren Littlefield Biography
Warren W. Littlefield is an American television executive. He was born on May 11, 1952, in Montclair, New Jersey. Littlefield attended Montclair High School and later graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a BA in Psychology. As a protégé of Brandon Tartikoff, he played a crucial role in developing popular TV shows such as Cheers, Seinfeld, The Cosby Show, and The Golden Girls during his time as senior and executive vice president of NBC Entertainment. Littlefield served as President of NBC Entertainment from 1991 to 1998, overseeing the creation of numerous successful shows like Frasier, Friends, ER, and The West Wing. In 2012, he co-wrote a book called Top of the Rock: Inside the Rise and Fall of Must See TV, which details his experiences at NBC.
