Wendy Moniz

Wendy Moniz (born January 19, 1969) is an American television actress known for her roles in various TV shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Dinah Marler in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light, a role she played from 1995 to 1999, with guest appearances in 2000 and 2002. Moniz also starred as Rachel McCabe in Nash Bridges and as Louisa Archer in The Guardian. From 2013 to 2014, she portrayed Elaine McAllister in the ABC drama series Betrayal. Moniz has had recurring roles in House of Cards (2015-2016) as Laura Moretti and in Yellowstone (2018-present) as Governor Lynelle Perry.
