Weruche Opia

Weruche Opia is a British-Nigerian actress and entrepreneur. She is known for her roles in various TV shows, including the BBC miniseries I May Destroy You (2020), for which she received a British Academy Television Award nomination. Born in Lagos, she moved to South East London at the age of 13. Opia holds a degree in drama and sociology from the University of the West of England, Bristol. She made her television debut in 2010 and has since appeared in shows such as Top Boy and Suspects. Opia is also the CEO of Jesus Junkie Clothing, a clothing line she founded.
