James 'Wiley' Harker (January 27, 1915 – May 1, 2007) was an American character actor known for his roles in various movies and TV shows. In 1983, he portrayed Crane Tolliver in the popular soap opera General Hospital. Harker also appeared as Justice Harold Webb in First Monday in October (1981), and had notable roles in films such as Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead as Boris Carlotti and The Straight Story as Verlyn Heller. Throughout his career, Harker showcased his talent and versatility as an actor, leaving a lasting impact on the entertainment industry. He passed away on May 1, 2007.
