Will Guidara

Will Guidara (born 1979) is an American restaurateur based in New York City. He is best known for co-owning the Make It Nice hospitality group along with chef Daniel Humm. Guidara graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in 2001 and started his career at Wolfgang Puck's Spago in Beverly Hills. He later worked at various roles in Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. In 2006, Guidara became the General Manager of Eleven Madison Park and in 2011, he and Humm purchased the restaurant from Union Square Hospitality Group. They also opened NoMad New York in 2012 and NoMad Bar in 2014. Guidara's latest venture is Made Nice, a fast casual restaurant opened in April 2017.
