William Bogert
William Bogert (January 24, 1936 – January 12, 2020) was an American character actor known for his notable television roles. He portrayed Brandon Brindle in the TV series Small Wonder (1985-1989) and Kent Wallace, the host of Chappelle's Show's Frontline spoofs (2003-2004). Bogert gained recognition for his appearance as the titular character in the 1964 'Confessions of a Republican' ad. In addition to these roles, he made guest appearances in various popular shows including Gilmore Girls, Law & Order, Profiler, 3rd Rock from the Sun, and The Wonder Years, among others. Bogert also had a stage presence, appearing in the touring production of A Man For All Seasons in 1964.
