William Frederick Knight (December 6, 1933 – November 8, 2022), also known as William Knight, William Frederick, or Frederick Knight, was an American actor and voice actor. He was recognized for his roles in both anime and video games, lending his voice to the English dubs. Knight often portrayed wise old men characters, such as Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell, Gordon Rosewater in The Big O, the old man in Paranoia Agent, and Kuzemi in Eureka Seven. He also appeared in live-action roles on television and in short films, including I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson and The League of STEAM. Knight was a recurring actor on the G4 series Attack of the Show. He passed away in North Hollywood, California at the age of 88.
