Cameron Jibril Thomaz, known by his stage name Wiz Khalifa, is an American rapper. Born on September 8, 1987, he gained recognition with his debut album, 'Show and Prove,' in 2006. After signing with Warner Bros. Records in 2007, his single 'Say Yeah' received radio airplay and charted on the Rhythmic Top 40 and Hot Rap Tracks charts in 2008. Wiz Khalifa independently released his second album, 'Deal or No Deal,' in November 2009. He later signed with Atlantic Records in 2010 and achieved mainstream success with his single 'Black and Yellow,' which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Wiz Khalifa's music is influenced by urban hip hop and he has received multiple Grammy Award nominations.
