Yani Gellman

Yani Gellman (born September 2, 1985) is a Canadian film and television actor. He is best known for his roles as Paolo Valisari in The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Garrett Reynolds in Pretty Little Liars, and Diego Flores in 90210. Gellman was born in Miami, Florida, to a Canadian father and an Australian mother. He has a diverse heritage, with Jewish Russian, English, and Spanish roots. Growing up, Gellman and his family lived in Australia, Spain, and Texas before settling in Toronto. He speaks Spanish fluently, acquired during his time living in Spain. Gellman made his acting debut in the television series Animorphs in 1998 and has since appeared in various television productions and films, including Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000) and Jason X (2001). He holds a university degree in political science.
