Yasmin Bannerman

Yasmin Bannerman (born 1970) is an English actress known for her roles in various television series and films. Born and raised in Gloucestershire, Bannerman attended St Peter's Roman Catholic School and later joined the Everyman Youth Theatre in Cheltenham. She then pursued a degree in modern European literature at the University of Reading before dropping out to study at the Rose Bruford College in London. Bannerman's acting career began in 1995 with a role in the TV series Crown Prosecutor. She later gained recognition for her portrayal of Maddie Parker in the soap opera Hollyoaks. Bannerman has also appeared in popular shows such as Cold Feet, Merseybeat, and Doctor Who, as well as films like Maybe Baby and Killing Me Softly.
