Yasmine Al-Bustami

Yasmine Al-Bustami (ياسمين البسطامي : Yāsmīn al-Busṭāmī) is an American actress known for her roles on The Originals, NCIS: Hawai'i, and The Chosen. She was born in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to a Palestinian-Jordanian father and Filipina mother, but moved to Texas at the age of three. Al-Bustami earned a degree in Finance before pursuing a career in entertainment. She made her television debut in 2013 on The Originals, playing the recurring role of Monique Deveraux. She has also appeared in Nashville, Switched at Birth, and The Inspectors. In addition to her TV work, Al-Bustami appeared in the music video for John Legend's single, 'Surefire,' and had a role in the feature film You Get Me.
