    Yasunori Matsumoto (松本 保典) is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with Sigma Seven. He is known for his roles in various anime series and films. Some of his notable roles include Wataru Akiyama in Initial D, Jean Havoc in Fullmetal Alchemist, Magnum Ace in Shippū! Iron Leaguer, Gourry Gabriev in Slayers, and Ryo Hibiki in Sonic Soldier Borgman. Matsumoto graduated from Chuo University after completing his studies at Yakuendai High School. He was a former member of Production Baobab and served as the vice-chairman of the theater company Sugoroku. An avid cycle racer, Matsumoto had to leave the sport due to a back injury. He continues to be an active and respected figure in the entertainment industry.
