Yuliya Snigir is a Russian actress and model. Born on June 2, 1983, in Donskoy, Tula Oblast, Russian SFSR, Snigir attended high school number 20 in Donskoy before moving to Moscow to pursue a degree in English Philology at the Moscow State Pedagogical University. While studying, she also worked as an English teacher. Snigir's career in modeling took off when a representative from a Moscow agency noticed her photos and offered her a contract. Eventually, she transitioned into acting and was accepted into the Vakhtangov Theatre Academy. Snigir made her cinematic debut after being invited to an audition by a casting-director. She has since appeared in various films and TV shows.
