Zach Braff

Zach Braff is an American actor and filmmaker known for his role as J.D. on the television series Scrubs (2001–2010). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2005 and three Golden Globe nominations from 2005 to 2007 for his work on the show. Braff has appeared in films such as The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy (2000), The Last Kiss (2006), The Ex (2006), and In Dubious Battle (2016). He has also lent his voice to animated films like Chicken Little (2005) and Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), as well as the Netflix series BoJack Horseman (2017, 2020). Braff made his directorial debut with Garden State (2004), a critically acclaimed film that he also starred in and wrote the screenplay for.
