Hadel is best known as a co-creator and co-star of the Adult Swim animated series Smiling Friends, alongside Michael Cusack. He is also recognized for his internet animations and as a co-host of the Let's Play web series OneyPlays. Hadel's animation style has been influenced by popular shows like SpongeBob SquarePants, The Simpsons, and South Park.
