Zahra Ahmadi Biography
Zahra Ahmadi is a British actress of Persian descent, born in 1982 in Plymouth, England. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Shabnam Masood in the popular British television series EastEnders from 2007 to 2008. Ahmadi has also appeared in other notable projects such as the IFC series The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret and the film Tamara Drewe in 2010. She showcased her talent in the Doctor Who episode 'Nightmare in Silver' in 2013 and portrayed the character of Gita in the Black Mirror Christmas special 'White Christmas' in 2014. From 2013 to 2017, Ahmadi played Sinem in all three series of the BBC Two sitcom Count Arthur Strong. She also appeared in several episodes of Berlin Station in 2016.
