Zaldy Goco, also known as Zaldy, is a Filipino-American fashion designer born in 1966. He gained recognition as a model in a British television advertisement for Levi's in 1995. Zaldy has an impressive portfolio as a costume designer, having worked on notable tours such as Michael Jackson's This Is It, Lady Gaga's Monster Ball, and Britney Spears's Femme Fatale. He has also designed costumes for Cirque du Soleil shows like Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour, Michael Jackson: One, and Volta. Zaldy was the head designer for Gwen Stefani's fashion line L.A.M.B and has received five Emmy nominations, winning three for Outstanding Costumes due to his work on RuPaul's Drag Race. Born in Cheshire, Connecticut, Zaldy developed his passion for fashion through his grandmother and studied at Parsons School of Design in the 1980s.
