Zoe Kazan is an American actress born on September 9, 1983. She made her acting debut in the 2003 film Swordswallowers and Thin Men and went on to appear in notable films such as The Savages (2007), Revolutionary Road (2008), and It's Complicated (2009). Kazan achieved critical acclaim for her roles in Happythankyoumoreplease (2010), Meek's Cutoff (2010), Ruby Sparks (2012), and What If (2013). In 2014, she received an Emmy nomination for her role in the HBO miniseries Olive Kitteridge. She also wrote the screenplay for Ruby Sparks and co-wrote Wildlife (2018). Kazan has appeared in multiple Broadway productions and in recent years, she starred in The Plot Against America (2020) and Clickbait (2021).
