Zoe Perry

Zoe Perry (born September 26, 1983) is an American actress known for her roles in various television shows. She is best recognized for portraying the young Mary Cooper in the CBS sitcom Young Sheldon, a character originally played by her mother Laurie Metcalf in the predecessor show The Big Bang Theory. Perry has also appeared in recurring roles on The Family and Scandal. Born in Chicago, she comes from a family of actors, with her parents being Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry. Perry initially pursued acting in college, performing at Northwestern University after transferring from Boston University. She started her career with small roles on television series like Law & Order: Criminal Intent before moving to California to focus on theater.
