About
I Am Frankelda is a Mexican stop-motion animated fantasy film. Set in 19th-century Mexico, it follows aspiring writer Francisca Imelda, who becomes ghost and enters a kingdom populated by her monstrous creations. Guided by Herneval, Prince of Spooks, she must use her writing to restore balance between fiction and reality.
