The Devil's Mouth follows a group of college friends whose Thai adventure turns deadly when they become trapped in flooded caves with a lethal predator. As oxygen dwindles, the survivors confront dangers and resurfacing personal conflicts while attempting escape, forcing them to navigate claustrophobic passages, limited air, and strained loyalties.
