The Face of Horror

Set in 14th-century England, The Face of Horror follows Eleanor, a beautiful woman abandoned by her adulterous husband Edward; after betrayal leads to her disfigurement and death, Eleanor returns as a ghost to pursue bloody vengeance against Edward, his new bride, and members of their household and local villagers alike.
