Shenmue the Animation Cast

Masaya Matsukaze provides the voice for the protagonist Ryo Hazuki. Ryo is a young martial artist who seeks to avenge his father's death and uncover the secrets of the mysterious Dragon Mirror.

Toshihide Tsuchiya lends his voice to Liu, a close friend and ally of Ryo. Liu is a skilled martial artist and provides valuable support to Ryo throughout his journey.

Kentaro Ito voices the character of Charlie. Charlie is a friendly and resourceful individual who assists Ryo in his quest, providing information and guidance along the way.

Sanae Miyuki provides the voice for Grandma Yeh, an elderly woman who serves as a source of wisdom and guidance for Ryo. Grandma Yeh possesses a deep knowledge of the events unfolding around Ryo's quest.

Mari Hino voices two characters in Shenmue the Animation. She portrays Gaowen, a skilled martial artist who challenges Ryo to a fierce battle, and also lends her voice to Mai, a mysterious woman with her own agenda.
