Adam Lambert

Adam Mitchel Lambert (born January 29, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He rose to fame as the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol in 2009. Lambert has sold over 3 million albums and 5 million singles worldwide. Known for his dynamic vocal performances, Lambert combines his theatrical training with modern and classic genres. His debut album, For Your Entertainment, debuted at number three on the U.S. Billboard 200 and spawned the Grammy-nominated single 'Whataya Want from Me.' In 2012, Lambert became the first openly gay artist to top the U.S. album charts with his second studio album, Trespassing. He released his third album, The Original High, in 2015.
