Aidy Bryant, born on May 7, 1987, is an American actress and comedian. She gained recognition as a cast member on the popular sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live (SNL), where she performed for ten seasons from 2012 to 2022. Bryant received three Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her work on SNL, including two for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. In addition to her SNL success, she provided her voice talents to the animated series Danger & Eggs (2017) and Human Resources. Bryant also starred in the sitcom Shrill (2019–2021), for which she was nominated for an Emmy Award as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Born in Phoenix, she comes from an English, Irish, and German background.
