Alan Jackson

Alan Eugene Jackson (born October 17, 1958) is an American singer-songwriter known for his neotraditional country style. He has recorded 21 studio albums, including two Christmas albums and two gospel albums, as well as three greatest-hits albums. With over 75 million records sold worldwide, Jackson is one of the best-selling music artists. He has had 66 songs appear on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, with 38 reaching the top five and 35 claiming the number one spot. Jackson has also achieved nine multi-platinum certifications on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. He has received two Grammy Awards, 16 CMA Awards, 17 ACM Awards, and numerous other nominations. Jackson is a member of the Grand Ole Opry and the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
