Alimi Ballard is an American television actor best known for his role as FBI agent David Sinclair on the CBS police procedural Numb3rs (2005–2010). He began his acting career in high school and attended Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center in the NE Bronx. Ballard portrayed Frankie Hubbard on the ABC soap opera Loving and its successor series The City from 1993 to 1996. He also appeared on the short-lived sitcom Arsenio and portrayed Quizmaster Albert on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. Ballard played Herbal on the Fox series Dark Angel from 2000 to 2001. In addition to Numb3rs, he guest-starred on NCIS in 2011.
