Amy Sedaris

Amy Louise Sedaris (born March 29, 1961) is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Jerri Blank in the Comedy Central comedy series Strangers with Candy (1999–2000) and its prequel film. Sedaris has appeared in several television shows, including The Mandalorian (2019–2023) and The Book of Boba Fett (2022) as Peli Motto, The Heart, She Holler (2013–2014), BoJack Horseman (2014–2020), and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015–2020). She also created and starred in the TruTV comedy series At Home with Amy Sedaris (2017–2020), which received critical acclaim. Sedaris has also appeared in films like Maid in Manhattan (2002), School of Rock (2003), Elf (2003), and Bewitched (2005).
