Andrew Rannells

Andrew Scott Rannells (born August 23, 1978) is an American actor. He gained recognition for originating the role of Elder Kevin Price in the 2011 Broadway musical The Book of Mormon, earning a Tony Award nomination and winning a Grammy Award. Rannells received his second Tony nomination for his performance in the 2016 Broadway revival of Falsettos. His other notable Broadway credits include Hairspray, Jersey Boys, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Hamilton, and The Boys in the Band. Rannells has also appeared on screen, starring in the NBC sitcom The New Normal and playing a recurring role in HBO's Girls. He currently stars in the Showtime series Black Monday and provides the voice of Matthew MacDell on Netflix's Big Mouth.
