Andy Nyman

Andy Nyman is an English actor, director, writer, and magician. He was born on April 13, 1966, in Leicester, Leicestershire. Nyman gained recognition for his performance as Keith Whitehead in the 2000 film Dead Babies, based on a novel by Martin Amis. He also appeared in the Emmy award-winning film Uprising alongside Jon Voight, David Schwimmer, and Leelee Sobieski. Nyman's other notable film roles include Coney Island Baby (2003), Severance (2006), Wild Romance (2006), Are You Ready for Love? (2006), and Death at a Funeral (2007). In 2006, he received the Best Actor award at the Cherbourg-Octeville Festival of Irish & British Film for his role in Shut Up and Shoot Me.
