Despicable Me 3 is a 2017 American animated comedy film directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda. It is the sequel to Despicable Me 2 (2013) and the fourth installment in the Despicable Me franchise. Gru and his wife Lucy join forces with Gru's long-lost twin brother, Dru, to stop Balthazar Bratt, a former child actor of the 1980s, from wreaking havoc on Hollywood. The film features the voices of Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig, and Trey Parker, among others.
