Archie Kao

Archie Kao is an American actor and producer, best known for his roles in various television series. He gained recognition for his regular roles on popular shows such as Chicago P.D., Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Born in Washington, D.C., Kao was raised in Alexandria, Virginia, by immigrant parents from Taiwan. He attended George Mason University, where he was elected Student Government President and Homecoming King. Initially planning to pursue a career in law and politics, Kao decided to become an actor. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and having studied French for six years, Kao is well-versed in multiple languages. In 2006, he was named one of People's 'Hottest Bachelors'.
