Archie Panjabi

Archana Panjabi, known professionally as Archie Panjabi, is a British actress born on May 31, 1972. She has appeared in various UK and US television shows, including notable roles such as Maya Roy in Life on Mars (2006–07), Nas Kamal in Blindspot (2016–17, 2020), Kendra Malley in Departure (2019-present), and Kalinda Sharma in The Good Wife (2009–15). Panjabi's performance in The Good Wife earned her a Primetime Emmy Award in 2010, making her the first Asian actor to win the award. She has also received an NAACP Image Award and multiple Emmy, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. Panjabi has also appeared in films like East Is East (1999), Bend It Like Beckham (2002), Yasmin (2004), and A Mighty Heart (2007).
