Austin Watson

Austin Watson, born on January 13, 1992, is an American professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted 18th overall by the Nashville Predators in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Watson has also played for the Ottawa Senators. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Watson attended multiple high schools, including Detroit Catholic Central High School and Father Gabriel Richard High School. He played for the Detroit Compuware Ambassadors minor ice hockey team and participated in the 2005 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament. Watson's passion for hockey led him to a successful career in the NHL.
