Blanca Portillo Martínez de Velasco (born 15 June 1963) is a Spanish actress known for her work in film, television, and theater. She began her career in theater, appearing in various small productions before graduating from the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático. Portillo gained recognition for her role as Carol in the 1994 production of Oleanna by David Mamet. Her film debut came in 1995 with Entre rojas, and she went on to star in the popular Telecinco series 7 vidas for ten years, playing the character of Carlota. Portillo has been nominated for several awards, including the Goya Awards and Actors Union Awards, and won Best Supporting Actress at the Goyas for her role in the play Eslavos.
