Callie Thorne

Callie Thorne is an American actress best known for her role as Dr. Dani Santino on the USA Network series Necessary Roughness. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Thorne is of Armenian and English descent. She studied theater and dramatic literature at Wheaton College and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City. Thorne's notable roles include Detective Laura Ballard on Homicide: Life on the Street, Sheila Keefe on Rescue Me, and Elena McNulty on The Wire. She has also made guest appearances on popular television series such as ER, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Prison Break, Royal Pains, White Collar, Burn Notice, Californication, and Elementary.
