Carolyn Kepcher (born January 30, 1969) is an American businesswoman and former television personality. She gained recognition as one of the judges on the NBC television program The Apprentice, where she assisted Donald Trump in determining who should be fired. Prior to her television career, Kepcher held various positions in the business industry. She worked as the Executive Vice President and chief operating officer for the Trump Golf Properties. Kepcher was born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, and during her high school years, she sold Avon Products door-to-door. She studied marketing on a volleyball scholarship at Mercy College while also working as a manager at a Manhattan restaurant. In 1992, Kepcher secured a position as sales and marketing director of a golf club, which eventually led to her employment with Donald Trump.
