Catherine O'Hara

Catherine Anne O'Hara is a Canadian-American actress known for her comedy work on Second City Television and Schitt's Creek. She has appeared in films such as After Hours, Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and the Home Alone franchise. O'Hara has also starred in mockumentary films written and directed by Christopher Guest. She won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series for SCTV Network and a Genie Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Life Before This. O'Hara has been nominated for several other awards, including an Emmy Award for Temple Grandin. She achieved critical acclaim for her role as Moira Rose in Schitt's Creek, winning a Primetime Emmy Award, Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, and TCA Award.
