Catherine Tate

Catherine Tate, born Catherine Jane Ford on December 5, 1969, is an English actress, comedian, and writer. She rose to fame for her work on the BBC sketch comedy series The Catherine Tate Show, which aired from 2004 to 2007. Tate's portrayal of various characters on the show earned her multiple awards and nominations, including an International Emmy Award and seven BAFTAs. She is also known for her role as Donna Noble in the popular TV series Doctor Who, appearing in the 2006 Christmas special and later reprising the role for the fourth series in 2008 and 60th anniversary episodes in 2023. Tate has continued to showcase her comedic talents in projects such as Catherine Tate's Nan, The Nan Movie, The Office (US), Big School, and as the voice of Magica De Spell in DuckTales.
