Chikao Ohtsuka

Chikao Ohtsuka, also known as Chikao Otsuka, was a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator. He was recognized for his notable roles in various animated series and video games. Some of his well-known characters include Captain Hook in Peter Pan: The Animated Series and Disney's Peter Pan, Dick Dastardly in Wacky Races and Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines, Goemon Ishikawa XIII in Lupin III, and Nezumi Otoko in GeGeGe no Kitaro. He also portrayed characters like Xehanort in the Kingdom Hearts series, Doctor Eggman in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and Gol D. Roger in One Piece. Chikao Ohtsuka was affiliated with Aoni Production and was the father of voice actor Akio Otsuka.
